Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your AniPanel arrives damaged or if we shipped the wrong item, we offer a 30-day return/refund policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for our 30-day refund & return:

  • Proof of Issue: You must provide a clear photo of the damaged AniPanel or the incorrect item shipped.
  • Timeframe: The refund request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Location: In United States or Canada

Simple return process:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and a clear photo of the issue to the support staff.
  3. Ship the item back to the address that our team provides you with. Our team will provide you with further instructions on how to return the item. The customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping back to us.
  4. Refunds will be initiated within 48 hours once the returned item is received and inspected. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method. 
  5. Note: Any shipping costs are non-refundable
Refund processing time:
The total refund processing time can take up to 2 days after item is received and inspected.
