Delivery zones:
Currently we are only available to ship to the United States & Canada.
Shipping Fee:
On all orders the shipping charge is $4.95
Order Processing times:
Order handling time: 1-3 business days
Order shipping time: 5-10 business days
Shipping note:
Please keep in mind that each AniPanel is carefully crafted by hand. As a result, production times can occasionally vary, leading to potential delays beyond the initial estimate. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
Order Confirmation:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.
Lost Packages:
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please:
- Verify the shipping address
- Check all possible delivery locations at your residence
- Ask neighbors or family members if they accepted the package
- Contact the courier with your tracking number to initiate a claim.
If your package is officially declared lost, contact us immediately with your order number. we will either reship your order or provide a refund based on your preference.
